We’re kicking off our new weekly specials Thursday through Saturday, October 8–10, with Perry’s Peach Ring Burger!
It starts with a 6 oz chuck, brisket, and short rib burger blend and extra melted American cheese. On top: a big crispy onion ring filled with bacon-peach jam, finished with a smaller crispy onion ring stacked above it. 🍑🧅
We’re Gonna post the choices and you vote for what we make next. The winner is available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday only. After Saturday, it’s gone!
The choices:
🦞 Tia’s Lobster Bomb — our custom beef blend Gruyère cheese, lobster, candied jalapeños, and house Alfredo dipping sauce
🍑 Tia’s Peach Pork Belly Burger — Smoked pork belly, white cheddar, peach glaze, mustard mayo, and apple-cabbage slaw.
🦃 Tia’s Smoked Turkey Dunker — Smoked turkey warmed in broth on a roll, with gravy for dunking.
🥒 Tia’s Smashed Pepper Jelly Burger — Two smash patties, caramelized onions, fried pickles, and cream cheese–red pepper relish spread.
🌶️ Georgia Peach Heat — Beef, sharp cheddar, grilled peaches, hot honey, and arugula.
🍅 The Fried Green Giant — Beef, pimento cheese, fried green tomato, bacon, and comeback sauce.
🧅 The French Dip Smash — Double smash patties, Swiss, slow-cooked onions, horseradish mayo, and beef jus for dipping.
🍤 Maine Street Surf — Beef, crispy shrimp, lemon slaw, and spicy remoulade.
🔥 Downeast Smokehouse Burger — Beef, melted cheese, beer-battered cheese curds, honey-maple smoked pork belly, pickled onions, and garlic aioli.
