Tomorrow will be the first pig roast of the year that's held at Wyandotte Smokehouse.

$15 a plate (pig only)

We'll start the cook around 10:00.
Serving will begin shortly after 3:00 if the weather cooperates.

So this past weekend we did, what I'm going to call a big event. Not because there were hundreds of people, not because we catered it( I didn't). But I did make them a great meal for the graduation party.

It was a big event for me, and the first one of the year.

Coming up in 7 days I have a major catering event coming up. One that will be one of the most important events I do this year.
Catering for the Wareham Gatemen.

Following that we will be set up and smoking on June 14th for the home opener and the first home game against Hyannis.
