No refund will be issued if you place an online order and do not pick your order up, if you place an order and make a mistake when ordering, or if you try to cancel your order after it

Please check your food at pickup. If there is a mistake on our end we will need to the food to confirm and fix the issue. If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any discount, refund, or credit. If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with and we cannot verify its origin or issue, we cannot issue any discount, refund, or credit. If you order and do not pick your order up or cancel after your order has been made, you will be added to our āmust prepay for future ordersā list. You can prepay by ordering online or coming inside to order. To be removed from this list, you will be required to cover 50% of the cost of the food we had to throw out.
