We weren't sure how busy the shop would be with Harvest Fest and the football game going on tonight, but we had one of our best days ever, and the trailer was very busy at Harvest Fest! You guys definitely kept both locations busy tonight, and we can't thank you enough! Between the shop and trailer, we sold over 170 pizzas, along with 10 others that we donated to the football officiating crew tonight. 150 of them were sold between 4 and 8 o'clock, and we couldn't do this without our amazing employees! We sold way more than we hoped for, and that meant I had to make another batch of dough after Harvest Fest to get through the remainder of the weekend. We'll be happy when the 16 hour days are done, lol. Thank you all so much for helping our dream become a reality. We will always do our best to improve, and we are very excited for what's coming in the future.

Made a couple NY style pizzas at home for a few of our neighbors, plus a grandma pie. Due to too many Old Fashioneds from a neighbor, I forgot to get a picture of the grandma pie. The NY style was definitely our favorite, though. We'll be starting up dough/ pizza making classes soon, and we're going to add another class on how to make a great NY style pizza at home using a pizza steel. The NY style came out nice and crispy, as well as being nice and light. Our main goal isn't to sell you pizza, it's how to teach you to make a great pizza at home.

One of 'our kids' headed to homecoming. Miss Katelyn Williams looks so gorgeous! Wishing everyone a safe night at homecoming!

Update! Kate's beautiful sister, Lily came in plus Brandt Kennedy. We truly love 'our kiddos' and that they took time to stop and see us on their special night.

Shop is open until 8pm and the trailer is out at the Fairgrounds for the Food Truck Rally ❤️🍕

I know there's not much detail in the picture, but we're wondering if anyone possibly recognizes the sweatshirt or the person. We're just curious why she was at the backdoor of our shop at 12:30 a.m.

A lot of you know Seth Bajwa, and we're happy to say that he's been with us for over a year now! Seth usually builds around 300 boxes per week in two hours every Thursday. We're also happy to say that he's one of five employees who have been with us for over a year now! We're going to do an employee spotlight on all of our employees soon. We couldn't run this place without the great people that we have working here! We are very thankful to retain our help, and we think of all of our employees as family here. Thank you Seth, for all of the hard work you do every week!
