Another successful processing day yesterday.

I'll be finishing bills up today and will be getting back to all you who have ordered.

We ended up having some extra birds after orders were filled so we have some wholes, halves, quarters, and Boneless breast , wings, hearts, liver and some feet. Order it up while it's fresh.

Our laying hens are here, let the count down for eggs start now 21 weeks to go.

Don't forget we still have meat birds to process soon, so get your orders in. If everything goes well, we will be taking a moment to regroup and get some much needed projects completed to make everything flow smoothly. Then we will back at it.

Big day in the morning.

First processing day.

Thank you to who all ordered up up our first batch of birds. For all that did we will contact you tomorrow for pick up. Thank you all for your business.

For those who missed out on the first run our second will be ready in just a couple weeks. More updates to come, we will accept a few orders ahead of time, but we don't want to promise birds we might not have. Thank you for your patience.

I guess there's some confusion. We are not processing the birds then taking orders. We are taking orders starting now.

Time to get to business. We are about 2 weeks away from our first processing day.

Price list **** price update*****
Whole birds 4.50$ per pound
half birds 4.00$ per pound
Legs-thighs(quarter)3.00$ per.pound
Wings 2.50$ per pound
Bone in breast 3.50$ per pound
Boneless breast 4.00$ per pound.
Paws(feet)/ backs for stock 1.00$ per pound
1.50 cent cut and wrap fee.
Average Whole bird is about 5 pounds.

Please keep in mind these are local raised birds, by a small farm, you'll know what's gone into these birds you know what you're getting. Feeds not cheap and either is time. Our slaughter fee is already priced in so take that into consideration as well.

They will be vacuum sealed with a safe handling label ready upon pick up. We will process on a Saturday and would appreciate a Sunday pick up as our cooler and feezer isn't hooked up yet. Thank you for the support.
