Meet Alain, one of Mighty Squirrel’s oldest friends and greatest supporters! Our co-founders, Naveen and Henry, first met Alain in 2014 and shared with him their plan to start a brewery. Alain immediately embraced both the idea and the people behind it with the passion, generosity, and encouragement that define him.

An avid cyclist, Alain was once among the nation’s best. Today, he channels that same drive into serving his community. As the founder of the RACE Cancer Foundation, Alain organizes running and cycling events throughout New England, bringing people together through sport while raising funds for cancer research. His passionate, caring, and community-driven spirit inspires everyone around him. Since 2015, Mighty Squirrel has partnered with Alain on over 100 events.

Alain’s wife, Kathleen, and their three adorable children have also become dear friends and a part of the Mighty Squirrel family. We brewed Dear Alain to celebrate the joy and energy Alain and his family bring to our brewery, the extraordinary work they do for their community, their commitment to supporting cancer research, and the way they show us what it means to lead with friendship, purpose, and a very big heart.

Dear Alain is a 6.9% New England IPA brewed with passion fruit- hazy and smooth, with vibrant tropical aromas, luscious passion fruit, and a bright, refreshing finish!

Please join us in celebration, along with Alain himself, for the release of Dear Alain tomorrow- Wednesday, August 26, at 6:00 PM at our Waltham Taproom. 🍻

Oktoberfest, arguably the best of all the fests, is a party of epic proportions. That’s why we brewed a creamy, copper-colored lager for all your stein-swinging and brat-devouring needs! Our Oktoberfest märzen lager is clean, smooth, and creamy with a sweet malty backbone, toasty and bready notes, plus a slightly herbal character. Prost!

In 2022 our Oktoberfest won GOLD in a competition at the Great American Beer Fest (GABF) for the German-style Märzen category! There were more than 9,900 entries from over 2,000 breweries across 98 beer categories, and the German-style Märzen was the 5th most-entered category with 207 entries. We are honored to have been chosen for this award, and give a toast to our production team! There were only 6 breweries from the Northeast that were awarded gold medals across the various beer categories, so we are especially proud to be one of the recipients.

Meet Blood Orange Cloud Candy! Blood orange gives our original Cloud Candy a bright new twist.

In 2017, we set out to brew our dream New England IPA- and Cloud Candy was born. Since then, we've continued exploring new ways to build on the Cloud Candy experience, always staying true to the juicy, hazy character that made the original so special. This time, we asked ourselves: What flavor could make Cloud Candy even juicier? The answer was simple. Blood Orange.

This New England IPA is fruit-forward and vibrant with notes of blood orange zest, stone fruit, and red berry. Taste the Cloud!

ABV: 6.5%

Blood Orange Cloud Candy will be available Thursday, July 30, exclusively at our Waltham, Arsenal Yards, and Fenway Taprooms, plus our Gore Place Biergarten.
4-packs will be available for purchase at the taprooms. Limit of one 4-pack per person for now while we ramp up production 🙏
