10/4: Back at Eastleigh Farm from 12 pm until we sell out!

A sneak peek that’s almost too hot to post🌶️ 🥵 🔥

Inspired by hot oil techniques from around the globe; our spicy oil starts with hand-toasted and freshly ground spices.

Spices: We use cumin and coriander to provide an earthy-citrus base; layered with the warming, sweet notes from cinnamon, cardamom and cloves to create our Kerala-inspired Garam Masala blend.

Heat: We use Kashmiri Chili powder to provide a gentler, more aromatic heat AND Cayenne powder for a sharper heat on the finish.

Sweet: we opt to use dark brown sugar for sweetness and noticeable depth to stand up to the spice and heat.

Finished with sizzling hot oil to “bloom” the dry spices and allowing the volatile essential oils to flavor the oil.

Come taste the magic of our spicy oil at our next event!
