East Bay heavy hitters Moruccis Deli Shop 6¾ vs. Ghost Town Brewing Gravebier🪦When Morucci’s comes up, you get the inevitable “what’s your number” question, and the 6¾ is usually neck and neck with the 6½ for popular sando menu pick. It doesn’t matter that no one can remember the difference between the two, throw a dart at the menu and you’ll be alright. 6¾ packs a big balsamic and pesto punch, built on a pile of roast turkey, tomato, mozzarella. And today this sando met its match in Ghost Town’s keller-style killer of a pilsner. Naturally unfiltered and with a little more hop bite than your typical Zwickel, this b**r was just enough to cut through all that delicious pesto, and get me through the shift. 🍻
