Freedom Café Ministries will be having the Brew Box out at Gator Junction BBQ today and tomorrow this week. That is Tuesday January 20 and 21st.

They are here from 8 am-2 pm.
Gators opens at 8 am with our full menu available and fried pies now rolling out at 8 am to go with your coffee!

We are still accepting orders for bringing your own meat in to be smoked for Thanksgiving.
Orders have closed for desserts, sides, full meals or us providing meat.

If you do want to bring your own turkey, ham, or any other meat to be smoked for Thanksgiving, please bring that by on Tuesday.

We will most likley have extra desserts available for purchase on Wednesday when you pickup your orders.

Fried Pies start rolling out of the bakery around 10am, coffee is freshly brewed each morning. Or, beat the lunch crowd and grab an early lunch.
Not hungry at all? That is fine too! This homeschool girl built a few little puppets and wanted to have a puppet show, so that is what we are doing.

We will be having small group meetings on Wednesday nights in July with our church, Cornerstone Church - Anahuac Campus.

The entire staff at Gator Junction BBQ attends Cornerstone. Although we can not close down early for every event or meeting our church has, we have decided to close one hour early on Wednesday nights in July so that all employees have the opportunity to attend these meetings without being late.

We look forward to what this time spent together will bring among our congregation.

Please join us in showing our staff some love and support by picking up orders early on Wednesday nights this month.
Call 409-389-2401 if you would like to call in an order for early pick up. Or hop onto DoorDash and submit those delivery orders!

We will be keeping usual business hours; M-T-Th-F-S 8 am-7 pm.
Wednesdays 8am-6pm (month of July).

Well, I don't know about all of you, but that little storm that blew through last night created an interesting evening here at Gator Junction BBQ.

We lost power at Gator Junction last night, immediately after I powered the pit on to start cooking brisket for today.🤦🏻‍♀️

So, Eli, Olivia, and myself had a slumber party! We stayed up and waited for the power to come on so that we could go back to Gator's, fire up the pit and get today's briskets smoked!

Power was finally restored somewhere around 2 am!
Though Olivia crashed out on us long before that 😴
Eli went to Gators and was able to get the brisket going.

Now, we only had 3 briskets left from yesterday to get us started this morning.
So if you show up for your sliced brisket sandwich today and we are out, please be patient with us, we are doing all we can to keep the best BBQ in Texas rolling out of that pit for you 😉😋😋😋
