Tomorrow is the first MSU home football game of the season, and we’ll be set up and ready to feed you starting at 3 PM through the end of the game!

Yep. Our Steak Sub starts with freshly shaved filet — because if we’re going to make a steak sandwich, we’re going to make a Fork & Flame steak sandwich. 🤤

Tomorrow’s lineup will be all about cold cuts, stacked sandwiches, hot subs, desserts and more — perfect for grabbing before the game or when hunger hits during it.

🔥 Meet JJ & Ricky! 🔥

AKA… the muscle behind the Fork & Flame shenanigans.

We may come up with the ideas, but these are the two guys who somehow get volunteered to build it, load it, move it, fix it, haul it, and figure out how to make it happen. And truthfully, we couldn't do what we do without them!

🔨 Meet JJ, AKA Dad

JJ is our resident builder, loader, mover, fixer, and pretty much anything else that involves muscle or tools. If we've dreamed it up, there's a pretty good chance we've eventually looked at Dad and said, “Soooo…do you think you could build this?” 😂
His favorite Fork & Flame food is our Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich from the food truck. 🔥
A fun fact about JJ? He has an almost photographic memory. He knows where EVERYTHING is, where it belongs, and most importantly, he WILL notice when something is missing. 👀
His biggest kitchen pet peeve? Dirty shelves. Apparently, clean counters aren't enough around here. The shelves better be clean too. 😂

🍺 Meet Ricky, The Right-Hand Man

Where you find JJ, there's a pretty good chance Ricky isn't far behind! He's always willing to jump in wherever we need him. On any given day, he might be loading a trailer, moving dish carts, shucking corn, helping Dad build our latest crazy creation, or doing anything and everything in between.
His favorite Fork & Flame food is ALSO our Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich…although in the interest of full disclosure, he admits it's the only thing he's actually tried.
Fun fact about Ricky? He likes beer. 🍺 That's it. That's the fun fact. 😂And his biggest pet peeve? JJ.

But here's the thing…JJ and Ricky aren't just two guys who work together. They're friends, they're family, and they're the backbone behind so much of what we do. ❤️

Behind every beautiful grazing table, catered event, food truck setup, and crazy new idea are two guys who have probably loaded it, unloaded it, built something for it, fixed something that broke, or heard the words, “We need you guys to do something…”

Without these two working so hard behind the scenes to help make our dreams come true, we honestly don't know where we'd be.They may not always be the faces you see at an event, but they are without a doubt two of the greatest assets to our Fork & Flame family. 🔥

🔥 Meet Maryann! 🔥

AKA… The Momager. 😂❤️

Maryann is the glue that holds the Fork & Flame crew together. Quite simply, without her, there would be no Fork & Flame.

Her official job description? Well… we’re still trying to figure that out. 🤣 On any given day, you might find her answering the phone, planning an event, loading the trailer, grocery shopping, cooking up one of the meals you all love, or attempting to install a latch on a door.

Spoiler alert: the latch didn’t work. If you know, you know. 😂

And then there’s shopping. She LOVES to shop. For the business, of course. 😉🛍️

When it comes to her favorite Fork & Flame menu item, she keeps it simple...our Roasted Root Vegetables take the win! 🥕🥔

Now for a fun fact about Maryann: her résumé is FOUR pages long. And no, we’re not kidding. 😂

Over the years, she has somehow managed to be a tax preparer, accountant, landscaper, therapist, lifeguard, dentist, doctor, veterinarian, graphic designer, interior decorator, caterer…and pretty much anything else life has required her to become. Are all of those official qualifications? Absolutely not. Has that ever stopped her? Also absolutely not. 🤣

Her biggest kitchen pet peeve? When certain people—who shall remain nameless 👀—put dirty dishes in the sink WITHOUT scraping the leftover food into the trash first.

Seriously, people. SCRAPE. THE. PLATE. 😂

But all jokes aside, Maryann is truly the heart and soul of Fork & Flame. ❤️🔥 Her years of adventures, experience, crazy ideas, hard work, and willingness to figure things out as she goes are a huge part of what built this business into what it is today.

She may be the Momager, but to us, she’s the one who reminds us that some of the best things in life start with a crazy idea, a little hard work, and the courage to just figure it out along the way. ❤️

🔥 Meet Summer! 🔥

Summer is the middle daughter and sister of the Fork & Flame crew and one of the people helping keep everything moving behind the scenes!

If you've received a quote or email from us, there's a good chance you've talked to Summer. She handles a majority of our quotes, emails, grocery lists, event details, and so much more. Basically, she helps turn all of our crazy ideas into organized plans. 😂

When it comes to Fork & Flame favorites, Summer's pick is hands down our Ribeye Grazing Board. 🥩🔥 And we really can't blame her on that one!

A fun fact about Summer? Her career actually started in a completely different world. She became a Registered Nurse before making a total 180 and trading scrubs for an apron. 👩‍⚕️➡️👩‍🍳

And her biggest kitchen pet peeve? Using the LAST paper towel and NOT replacing the roll. 😂 Seriously... just put a new roll on!

Summer is a huge part of what happens both in front of and , and we're excited for you to get to know her and the rest of our family a little better! ❤️🔥

🌿 Meet Jaylee! 🌿

Jaylee is the youngest daughter and sister of the Fork & Flame crew and quite possibly the one most responsible for keeping Mom in line. 😉😂

When it comes to Fork & Flame favorites, Jaylee's pick is our Sweet & Savory Meatballs. And in the kitchen, there's one thing guaranteed to drive her crazy: reaching for a knife only to discover someone has left it DULL. 🔪😩

But the most exciting thing happening in Jaylee's world right now? 💕 She's preparing for a brand-new role...MOM! Jaylee is expecting her first baby, a sweet little girl, in February 2027! 🎀👶🏼

Jaylee is an important part of the family behind Fork & Flame, and we can't wait for you to get to know her and the rest of our crew a little better through our Meet the Team series! 🔥
