Our Catering Booking Process
At Fork & Flame, we believe great events start with great organization.
Step 1: Complete our Catering Quote Inquiry Form on our website.
Step 2: We prepare an initial quote based on the information you provide. Need adjustments? No problem! We'll work with you to tweak the menu, services, and details until everything is exactly how you want it. Need us to give you a call and discuss? No problem!
Step 3: Once we've finalized the details, we'll send your official quote for review and approval.
Step 4: After you approve the quote, we'll send your contract and invoice for the required deposit.
Step 5: Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your event date is officially secured on our calendar.
Step 6: Approximately 10–14 days before your event, we'll reach out to confirm final guest counts, timelines, and any last-minute details.
