We often get requests for our pizza dough, so we thought… why not make pizza night at home even easier? We’re excited to introduce our Trackside Pizza Kits, available in two sizes!

Each kit comes with our dough, pizza sauce and mozzarella, with additional toppings available to add on.

Our Personal Kit — $7.99 is perfect for kids to make their own pizza, birthday parties, family movie nights, or just a fun activity at home.

Our Large Kit — $10.99 is for all of you home pizza makers who want to try your hand at making your own Trackside-style pie!

Same ingredients you know and love, you provide the oven and the pizza-making skills. 😉🍕

There’s something special about looking into this old train car at the end of a busy night and seeing it filled with people enjoying good food and good company.

This weekend we had families sharing dinner, friends catching up over bottles of w**e, kids experiencing the train, and plenty of familiar faces. We also met a couple who took advantage of the beautiful weather, hopped on their motorcycle and made their first visit to Trackside. They told us how much they loved the train and that they were already looking forward to coming back.

After 25 years, we never take nights like these for granted. Seeing this little piece of history filled with happy people enjoying the same home-cooked meals we’ve been serving for years is pretty special.

We’re so grateful for a busy weekend, and even more grateful for everyone who chooses to spend a little piece of their day with us. ❤️

We know our pizza gets a lot of love and we’re grateful for it! But those who know, know… there’s a whole lot more to Trackside than pizza.

Our dinners and appetizers have been made with the same recipes for 25 years, using quality ingredients and the same care we put into the food we serve our own family. Homemade, authentic, generous portions, and a great value, that’s always been important to us.
