and — thank you and your families for inviting us into your world this past weekend. Shoulder‑to‑shoulder with and , it was so fun to mix it up! A delicious showcase of the incredible talent this valley holds. 💞

This multi‑event weekend was a true celebration of everything we love set against one of the most beautiful backdrops with the nicest people. We got to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new ones who now feel part of our extended table. Even with a full house, it all still felt intimate in that unmistakable, undeniably Walla Walla way. 💫

Tabouleh (or Tabbouleh) has been a staple of Levantine cuisine since the Middle Ages. Outside of the Middle East, it's often considered to be a grain salad. But in its countries of origin, primarily Lebanon and Syria, it is a garden herb salad that uses lightly dressed bulgur wheat sparingly as a binder for all the chopped vegetables. 🥗

We love this time of year when we can honor tradition with the very best from our own backyard! Our Spring Tabouleh features a fresh, local profile of shaved asparagus, spinach and radish, and the unique snap of pickled fiddlehead ferns. Brought together with nutty, classic bulgur wheat and rich, tangy barrel aged feta, ! 🌱

It was an honor to introduce our 'Crispy Oxtail Köfte' last month. This annual event took place and helped raised $580,000 for the . Created specifically for the event, where every plate served a bigger purpose in supporting the fight against cancer. 🎗
