I want to take a moment to speak from my heart to my community.

First, I want everyone to know that I am **not a racist person**. I love people for who they are, not for the color of their skin. I believe that we are all human beings, and at the end of the day, **we are all family**.

I understand that my son, Willie Garner Jr., who is named after me, may have posted something on social media concerning racism. I want to make it clear that his words or posts do not automatically represent my personal beliefs or the way I choose to treat people.

I have always believed in treating people with love, kindness, and respect, no matter what color you are or where you come from. I don't believe in judging someone by the color of their skin. **I believe in judging people by their heart, their character, and how they treat others.**

I love everybody, and I want my community to know that. ❤️🙏🏾
