What a day. I am so thankful for the wonderful people who wirk with me. Donnie Smith , Erica Calle , Chad Leger, Melanie Leger. Ya'll were great today. One Breakfast, a lunch for 50 another lunch for 12 AND a big ol lunch for 300 people. All that is tough enough but in the middle of getting everything hot and ready for delivery my 6 burner pro stove blew the electric bix in the wall and we had a fire. Chad put outvthe fire but we still had food to get out. Ny friend and neighbor Pamela Young just happens to have an industrial stove and was so great for letting us finish our food. Praise God, we got everything done, and delivered hot and on time. Yay team!
