Jeepers Creepers is officially coming to Main Street! 🎃🚙🖤

We’re bringing the Jeeps downtown for an afternoon of big tires, cool rides, a Poker Run, food, awards and plenty of Halloween fun!

🧡 Saturday, October 24 | 2–7 PM
🚙 Jeep Show — $20 entry
🏆 8 judged categories
🃏 Poker Run — $20 first card | $10 second card
🍔 Food available
🎃 Halloween decorations encouraged, but definitely not required

Calling all Jeeps! Jeepers Creepers is taking over Main Street Waldron for an afternoon of Jeeps, food, shopping and a little Halloween fun!

Bring your Jeep, bring your crew and come spend the afternoon downtown! Whether your Jeep is lifted, muddy, classic, customized, decked out for Halloween—or just your everyday ride—we want you on Main Street.

🐾 A Friendly Reminder for Our Dog-Loving Visitors 🐾

We LOVE seeing our four-legged friends enjoying Historic Main Street! ❤️ Dogs are welcome downtown in public spaces, and we’re happy to see people out enjoying a stroll on Main Street with their pets.

BUT we need to ask our pet owners for a little help. 🐶

Please be responsible for your pets and clean up after them. We’ve recently had several instances of dogs being allowed to “go potty” on buildings, storefronts, sidewalks, and other public areas.

We all want Main Street to be clean, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone!

So please remember:
🐾 Keep your pet with you and under control
💩 Bring a bag and pick up after your dog (we will check with the City to find out where our bag station went)
🚫 Please don’t allow pets to use storefronts, building entrances, or sidewalks as their bathroom

We welcome the dogs. ❤️ We just ask that their owners do their part, too.

Let’s take pride in our Main Street and leave it better than we found it!** 🐾🏛️

Grab your people and claim a spot on Main! 🧡🖤

Alumni, school classes, families, friend groups—or anybody who just wants to hang out and enjoy Homecoming—bring a tent and make yourself at home on Main Street.

Set up before the parade and enjoy the day downtown, or come set up afterward. We’ll be there all day, and then everybody can settle in for the Street Dance from 9–12.

The Class of ’91 is already in… so now we want to know who’s joining them. 👀

And listen, we’re not saying this is going to turn into a friendly Bulldog tent-decorating competition…

but we’re not saying it won’t either. 😂🐾

Good evening, everyone! We have added a quite a few events today on our page. We still have a few more to list in the coming days, but we are trying to get everything listed through the end of the year. Please look through the events, mark interested or going, share them on your page, and invite your friends.
We always hear people say they knew nothing about the event, even though we post on here, post flyers around town, list in the paper, etc.
Hopefully, with your help, we can make sure everyone receives notice of these events!

💛 It starts with the little things 🧡

This sweet young supporter of Main Street Waldron worked hard to create her very own WELCOME TO MAIN ST sign, and she was SO proud and excited to show it off! 🥰

We think there’s something pretty special about that. She wasn’t asked to make a sign; she imagined this all by herself and made it happen! She was beaming with excitement to show it off and that makes our hearts happy!

When we teach our children to appreciate where they come from…to love the stories, buildings, people, and history that make our community unique, we’re giving them something they can carry with them for a lifetime.

Preservation isn’t just about saving old buildings. It’s about preserving a sense of place, a sense of belonging, and a sense of pride. That pride starts at a young age.

One day, these children will be the ones making decisions about our community. They’ll be the ones raising families here, building businesses here, volunteering here, and deciding what parts of our history are worth carrying forward.

Maybe we should take a lesson from the young eyes looking at Main Street. Maybe we should see it with the same excitement, wonder, and pride that she does. ❤️

When a child is excited enough to make a handmade sign simply because she loves Main Street, we know we’re doing something right.

Small hands. Big pride.
