Fresh cookies loading! You guys bought me out of cookies today (you rock!) but thankfully I have frozen dough ready to roll. I will be putting out 2 more boxes of pumpkin chocolate chip cookies in 20ish minutes. There are 2 boxes of caramel apple coffee cake, 1 herb sourdough and 1 plain sourdough left. I'll be pulling everything in around sunset so plenty of time to swing by today.

Last week the kids wanted hot chocolate and we did the quick packet version 🤢 I don't know how I used to like it. All I could taste was chemicals. So tonight when hot chocolate and popcorn were requested, I knew the only way to go was with real ingredients:

Whole milk (from Farm Staples)
Heavy Cream
Cocoa Powder
Sugar
Salt
Peppermint Oil

I usually reserve "doing it the real way" for a good snow day and leave it simmering on the stove for whenever the kids come in, but no more! Sometimes it's worth taking a few extra minutes and dirtying a few extra dishes because real food tastes really good.

Y'all. I think Facebook hates me. I tried posting this FOUR TIMES this morning and every time it flipped the video sideways. I walked away because the technology frustration is real!

Anyway, here's a video of everything I baked hot and fresh this morning and put out at the Farmstand. There's some really amazing things! Come on out TODAY and TOMORROW and grab them up. I have extra cookie dough in the freezer so sn**ch them up and I can replenish quickly.

What do you want to see on the menu this week? I'm open to just about anything!

I am running to Trader Joe's and Costco on Tuesday so I can refresh ingredients. That means more caramel for caramel apple coffee cake. Blueberries for blueberry coffee cake. Nutella for s'more bread. Cashews for caramel cashew cookies. And more! So what do you want to eat this weekend?

4 Pumpkin chocolate chip bread (you bought me out yesterday so I made a new pan!)
2 Cranberry Orange Cookies
3 Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies
2 Apple c***r cinnamon loaves
1 plain sourdough loaf

The last of the basil!
We did 20 vacuum sealed bags of pesto sauce for the freezer with this last haul of basil. Lots of yummy chicken pesto dinners coming up over the winter. Fortunately, chicken pesto and green beans is one dinner ALL of my children eat without complaining so it gets a prime time spot on the meal plan. What about you, do you love pesto?
