Pork neck bones will always remind me of my mom. Growing up in a large family, she prepared them at least once a week because they were affordable, filling, and full of flavor. What was once a simple family meal has stayed with me throughout the years. Every time I cook them, I’m paying homage to her and keeping a beautiful piece of our family history alive. ❤️ cooking
