My name is Edmar and I am a high school math teacher. I am a huge Food Network fan and I started baking for co-workers on holidays and for department work days. My passion for baking cupcakes really escalated when I became a council advisor as I would bake for council member's birthdays. Over time, I've refined my craft in what in baking and decorating cupcakes. I am not one to show off as I am a

really modest guy, but people seem to really like what I make. Their satisfaction and seeing the smiles on faces of friends, co-workers, students and family is what really continues to fuel my passion for baking.
