Everything is energy and we are a spirit lives in a body. We are the stars our light is beyond precious. Everything is a symbol and reflection of consciousness.

Everything is perfect in this universe. What we choose to invite inside of ourselves are of the most important. Who is accompanying us and who is our guest. We all have all desires. We all have all qualities. At our core, is that pure light, all outer layers are our cultivations and conditions for us to see what is what. All just take time to polish.

Every cell inside of our lungs are carriers of thoughts and feelings. The definition of a super healthy person is someone who is full of light. The virus tells us to open up because they only can attach to the heavy.

To fear brings fear. To face fear drives fear away. We are the spark and we are the stars fall on earth. All we need is each other to lit the fire.

Projections and projectors. Let us give each other an equal chance to be. The meek will rule, maybe tomorrow is the day. when no one needs a ruler, we all will be freed.

And if right now we do need leaders. Let us have on maui the leaders that cares for every living being and every inch of the aina, living by example to lead. Why do we follow any other kind of leader?

Each human body is beyond miraculous. To be cuddled and hugged and touched is of primal importance of our well being, the reason why we have a body is for that. Let us give each other a hug, we are not going to die yet. The fear of getting something, is almost sure sign to get something. This virus is not killing us, the lack of affection and love is.

The best immune found in joy, in love, in nature, by fire, in water, under the stars, when we hug a tree and kissing another. When our heart is singing, our chest are clear like the sky.

Feels like days are just open up as days are brightened up. I give love to everyone I meet in this life at this moment. Know how much I love you. I know. It might sound strange.

As spirits, we ascend to heaven. Down is not our direction. The lighter, the better. The freer, the best.

Love is a freedom song. However, we do not like that. It is about letting go of attachments. Inside of our bodies, we know how well we are doing that job.

The best and the worse news is: "life is a flowing river, it never stops nor it ends". Imagine if every part of everyone is solid and free. Shall we all be dancing?

I would love to dance.

Life is flowing and to flow, no resistance. Stretching into the infinite and becoming one with everything.

NO one can heal you. We are the healer of ourselves. To have an open heart and an open mind is of primal importance. We always are the babies open our eyes to the world like the first time.

Build the home within ourselves and we always have a place to return to. Rest there and look at everything with curiosity.

Life can not be defined, we can not be defined as well. What we do and what the feelings after we do them tell us the essence of that doing.
