Signs signs signs! Koa Brewing Co “I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes”. We have now put up 8 signs. We don’t know what else to do for you. Almost everyday we get someone say I couldn’t find you bc you need more signs. Well you found us to tell us so clearly you could find us. If you have suggestions please them in our suggestion box along with your BYOB comments for Maui county liquor commission on how we are a brewery with no beer. If you want great food and pizza come by! Mahalo beer

Quick update on our liquor permit: We’re currently scheduled for Fall 2026. In the meantime, you’re welcome to BYOB and enjoy our pizza, Italian dishes, baked goods, pastries, and desserts 🍕🍰

We’re also still navigating the sinkhole in front of the business, which has slowed things down. There’s no clear timeline for completion yet, but our parking lot remains open, and all businesses in the building would truly appreciate your support.

UPDATES: Starting April 27, we’ll be temporarily adjusting our hours to 4:30-8 Monday-Saturday for dinner service only for the next few weeks—stay tuned for additional updates!

As we prepare for the next stage we decided to adjust our hours for a few weeks since things are slow right now with tourism down, the sinkhole, and delays in our liquor permit. Our liquor permit is likely to come through around July—almost a full year since we began the process 🥴🤦🏻‍♀️. We’ll keep you posted as we make progress!

In the meantime, you’re welcome to BYOB and join us for brick oven pizza, meatballs, and your favorite Italian dishes. We’ll also have baked goods and desserts available. 4:30-8pm.

We’ll still occasionally be here during the day working if you want baked goods for pickup. For orders or inquiries, please contact .

Looking ahead:
• We’ll be installing our pilot system soon to start crafting our own root beer
• Keep an eye out for new menu specials coming in May and June
• We’ll be closed May 13 and then on Sat May 16 for the Brewfest at the MAC—but you can still find our baked goods there (no beer just yet!)

We’re also hiring in the coming weeks! We’re looking for:
• A restaurant chef
• Prep staff
• Front-of-house team members (once our permit is approved)

This happened about 3 times in a week. People with kids wanted pizza and dad wanted beer. Dad won! I may not@win parent of the year award but I’d get my kid pizza and figure out the booze after if I needed a drink that bad! Can’t make this stuff up!

More 5 star reviews . 🙏🏼💕🙌🏼😘we are grateful to everyone that’s come out and tried our pizza. To think that I’ve only started making pizza since December. We joke. No where in our business plan was the word pizza. Now people tell us we have the best pizza on Maui and beyond!! Not too shabby!! Wait till the beer comes. Some say I have the best meatballs from here to NY and Boston and better than any designer chef. Lol it’s just years of making meatballs finally paid off. We are Looking for a chef to join us. Check out our desserts and baked goods! The Menu is growing again soon. Specials are coming for May!

BYOB series. Let the phone calls begin. Now we get calls all day! Thank you maui liquor commission! you can BYOB and come support us and eat some great food before you won’t be able to get in bc the wait will be so long for the Best beer on Maui. We already have the best pizza on Maui. You should come try it for yourself! If your following us and commenting and still haven’t come and are within a 30 min driving distance your missing out! We appreciate all those that have actually come down and come back over and over and supported us in these trying times! 🙏🏼💕

Saturday night we only had a couple tables and we were closed yesterday. Came into the bathroom today to find missing picture and broken glass all over my bathroom and we’ve been pretty slow and sat only have four tables and we know which table and which guy it was because one of the he was in the ladies bathroom for a really long time and sadly enough we gave them free dessert and a couple other items for Easter so I guess that’s what you get for being nice to people. Don’t be a disrespectful thug!

BYOB Series. Waiting on Maui county for our liquor permit. We applied in August and were scheduled for February. It’s now April 🥴🥸🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️don’t hate the player hate the controllers of the game! The road may be closed in front but we’re still open and the parking lot open. We have coffee and pastries, lunch, Italian pizza and desserts. You can bring your own beer until we are making it here
