Tomorrow evening, Lola’s Lakehouse sets the table for An Evening in Spain, an inspired five-course Wine Dinner. Limited seats remain! 🫒

Executive Chef Michael Dalton and guest expert Ross Kupitz of Aspect Wines invite you to explore five courses inspired by the flavor, culture, and sense of place of Spain, each thoughtfully paired with a Spanish wine.

The evening’s menu shines with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Braised Octopus with Chorizo and Salsa Verde, Seared Ahi Tuna with Romesco, Slow Roasted Suckling Pig, Rack of Lamb with Manchego Crema and Marcona Almonds, and a final taste of Tarta de Santiago baked with fresh seasonal berries and topped with Crema.

Festivities kick off at noon with freshly shucked East Coast oysters, $5 tap pours of Leinenkugel Summer Shandy, and exclusive Oyster Fest merch up for grabs while it lasts! Settle into a table on the patio, soak up the lake views, and discover something new from the summer menu! Chef's Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl is layered with edamame, cucumber, brown rice, Thai chili aioli, cabbage, cilantro, avocado, sesame seeds, and crispy wonton strips. Need we say more!?
