Hello and welcome to Gingershop Baking! I have made a page for my mother in law LuAnn Swenson! She has been baking for over 40 years!

All her treats are homemade (no box mixes used) and absolutely delicous! She bakes out of her home in Waconia!

-Peanut Butter Pie Dessert: 8x8 pan for $25 or 9x13 pan for $35

-Flourless Chocolate Torte: comes in an 8 inch pan for $25) it is very rich and delicious

-Heart Cake: 9 inch heart shaped chocolate cake, single layer with white or chocolate frosting (sprinkles may vary) $25

-Scotcharoos: 8x8 pan for $12 or 9x13 $22

-Brookies: 8x8 pan for $12 or 9x13 $22
