Sergio's Food Truck Dishing out the best tacos and burritos to Downtown Waco daily. And throwing in occasional fun surprises like ceviche, pulled pork and even Osso Buco!

Sergio's Food Truck is well known for their breakfast burritos as well as a variety of plates for lunch such as fajitas and enchiladas. Hours:

Monday through Friday: 8:30 am - 2:00 pm parked outside of Dichotomy on Austin Avenue. Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm parked at the Downtown Waco's Farmers Market on Austin Avenue. You may also visit Sergio's Restaurant at 608 Austin Avenue!

Hello everyone. Today was our official last day. We tried to make it until the end of the month but we ran out of everything 🥹
Thank you all for your continued support after all these years. My dad Sergio, and all of us are forever grateful.

As we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, we are reminded of the stories of hard work, resilience, and dreams that shape our community. With brave hearts, we share that Sergio’s Food Truck and Sergio’s Restaurant will be closing permanently at the end of September.

Sergio grew up in Veracruz, Mexico—right by the ocean—where he was inspired by the flavors of his hometown. From selling ceviche from a truck to opening El Siete Mares, and later rebuilding after the recession to create Sergio’s Food Truck and Restaurant, his story has always been one of resilience, determination, and love for this community.

For more than 30 years, Sergio poured his heart into serving Waco. Thank you for making Sergio’s part of your wedding celebrations, your Saturday mornings at the farmers market, and the festivals at St. Francis Church. These memories are what made the journey so meaningful.

Though our doors will soon close, Sergio’s legacy of hard work and heart will live on. Thank you, Waco, for embracing his dream and making it part of your own. ❤️ 🧑‍🍳
