The Porchetta About It!

Watch our chef Everett test our new special. House-roasted porchetta from sliced fresh from our rotisserie, topped with creamy Asiago Fresco, pickled red onions, arugula pesto, preserved lemon aioli, crispy fried zucchini, and a touch of chili crisp on a toasted sesame baguette.

It’s bold. It’s messy. It’s everything a summer sandwich should be.

This one was too good to keep for just a weekend, so we’re running it all month long.
