THE RACK RUBBERS HOLIDAY GIVEBACK
4th Annual Thanksgiving Giveback

Hey everyone!

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and I’m happy to announce that we’ll be bringing back our Holiday Giveback for the fourth year in a row!

This is something that’s very personal to me and something I look forward to doing every year.

We’re looking for a family who could use a little extra help this Thanksgiving. If you know someone who’s going through a tough time, please reach out to us privately and tell us a little about their situation and why you’d like to nominate them.

The family selected will receive a complete Thanksgiving dinner with turkey, spiral ham, and all the fixings. The goal is simple. I want them to be able to sit down with their loved ones, enjoy a good meal, and not have to worry about how they’re going to put Thanksgiving dinner on the table.

I also want to make something clear. This is something I pay for entirely out of my own pocket. We don’t ask for or accept donations. I do this for personal reasons, and I don’t expect anything in return.

I’ve also had people ask me in previous years if we’ve selected a family and who they were. I want everyone to understand that I keep that information private out of respect for the family. No pictures, no names, and no sharing their personal situation. The last thing I want is for someone to feel embarrassed or ashamed for needing a little help.

I know I can’t help everyone, and honestly, that’s the hardest part about doing this every year.

But at the end of the day, this isn’t about getting recognition or showing everyone what I’m doing. It’s about making sure a family can sit around the table, enjoy Thanksgiving together, and have one less thing to worry about, even if it’s just for one day.

That’s what makes this tradition worth continuing.

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to nominate a family. You never know what someone else might be going through, and sometimes a little help can mean more than you realize.

Well, I might have gotten a little carried away cooking this week, but instead of letting good BBQ go to waste, I figured why not pass some savings along to you guys?

This Monday will be our last Monday at BarrelHouse for the month, so we’re going to do something a little different and show some appreciation to everyone who’s been supporting us.

MONDAY BBQ SPECIALS

All prices are for ½ lb portions.

Brisket – $12

Pulled Pork – $8

Tri-Tip – $11

Pork Ribs – $10

Same BBQ, same quality, just at a better price for you guys!

Also, for all my pork belly burnt ends lovers, this Monday will be your last chance to grab some for a while. We’re currently looking for another distributor that can get us the quality and cut we’re looking for. Until then, we’ll be taking pork belly burnt ends off the menu. Hopefully, it won’t be for too long!

A few things to keep in mind:

* Special pricing is for meat portions only. Sandwiches are excluded.
* No call-in orders or online ordering.
* First come, first served, while supplies last.

We want to keep things fair for everyone who takes the time to come out and support us.

If you’ve been thinking about coming out for some BBQ, Monday would be a good day to swing by and take advantage of these prices.

I’ve been thinking about this lately, and I really just want to say thank you.

I know how expensive life has gotten. Groceries cost more, gas costs more, bills keep going up, and everybody has their own responsibilities to take care of.

So when you guys choose to put us in your budget, that means something to me.

You worked for that money. You could spend it anywhere, and you chose to come see us and buy our BBQ. I never want that to feel like just another sale to me, because it’s not.

Whether you’ve been coming to us for years, just found us, bring your family every weekend, tell your friends about us, share our posts, or simply stop by when you can — I appreciate you.

You guys are the reason I get to wake up and do something I genuinely love for a living. You’ve watched this little BBQ business grow, and every time you show up, you’re helping me keep building something that means a lot to me.

I just hope you guys know that your support is noticed, and it’s appreciated more than I probably say.

From me and everyone at Rack Rubbers Barbecue, thank you for continuing to make room for us at your table and in your budget.

At the end of the day, we may be the ones making the BBQ, but you guys are the reason we get to keep doing it. And I will never take that for granted. ❤️

Work party, family get together, Christmas party — whatever you guys have planned, let us handle the BBQ.

Holiday BBQ Class is officially happening.

You guys asked for it, so we’re doing it.

This year we’re putting together a Holiday BBQ Class covering three of the big ones — smoked turkey, holiday ham and brisket.

I’ll walk you through exactly how I do everything from start to finish — prep, seasoning, fire management, temps, timing, resting and all the little things I’ve learned along the way.

Come hang out, ask questions, learn some BBQ and, of course, eat everything we cook.

The goal is simple: when it’s your turn to cook for the holidays, you’ll know exactly what you’re doing.

$170 per person. Spots are limited.
