Other products that will also be available through Amazon, but for a limited time until inventory reaches zero, include Sukrin Syrup Gold, Sukrin Maple Syrup, Sukrin:1, and Sukrin Icing.

SUGAR-FREE MINI CARROT CAKES

INGREDIENTS:

Carrot Cake:
- 3 large eggs
- 6.5 ounces of unsweetened apple puree
- 3 tablespoons of Sukrin Gold
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 7 ounces of almond meal
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1.5 ounces shredded coconut
- 4 ounces of grated carrot
- 2 ounces of chopped pecans

Frosting:
- 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 4 ounces of cream
- 4 ounces of softened butter
- 1 tablespoon of Sukrin Icing
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat oven to 350⁰ F

Place eggs, apple puree, vanilla and Sukrin Gold into a large bowl and mix well.

Add the almond flour, baking powder and spices, stir to combine.

Fold through the carrot, coconut and pecans.

Grease and line four individual mini-loaf pans, or a 20cm square cake tin or 8 muffin tins.

Pour batter in and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool.

To make the frosting, place all ingredients into the bowl of a stand mixer and whip on med-high until smooth and fluffy.

Once cake is cool, swirl frosting on top and garnish with extra chopped pecans and a dusting of cinnamon.

LOW-CARB BANANA WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Sukrin Gold
- Sukrin Maple Syrup

DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl whisk together flour and baking powder. Set aside. In another bowl, mash the bananas, then whisk in the milk.

Add your vanilla extract and Sukrin Gold. Add the dry ingredients from the other bowl and mix everything together.

Spray your waffle iron with cooking spray or use butter.

Put your batter on the waffle iron and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Be careful not to add too much batter so it does not overflow.

Add bananas and Sukrin Maple Syrup.

SUGAR-FREE STRAWBERRY LIMEADE

INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry Simple Syrup
- 1 1/2 pints strawberries, rinsed and cut into quarters
- 1 cup of Sukrin Monk Fruit
- 2 cups of water

Limeade
- 1 cup of lime juice
- 2-3 cups of ice
- 4-5 cups of cold water

DIRECTIONS:
In a small pot combine strawberries, Monk Fruit, and water over medium heat. Bring to boil and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove pot from heat and let cool to room temperature (it may take 50 to 60 minutes to cool).

In a blender add ice, strawberries, simple syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth (sweeten with more Monk Fruit or lime juice to taste).

Serve with ice.

It all started with the brand Sukrin! For all practical purposes, I consider myself to be bi-cultural – Scandinavian and American. Since 2007, I have mostly lived in the US, except for an 11-month period in time in 2013/2014 when I left to live in Denmark for a little while. It was during this time that I learned about Europe’s leading brand for non-GMO sweeteners, nut flours, mixes, chocolates etc. for lifestyles such as Keto, Paleo, LCHF and the like – Norwegian based Sukrin!
