We heard it was National Burger Day, so of course we had to take a moment to show off ours 🍔

The Cart Burger starts with two house-ground beef patties, topped with American cheese, grilled onions, tomato, special sauce, and pickle-brined lettuce on a benne seed potato roll. Served with a pile of crispy tallow fries, because anything less just wouldn’t feel right.

Introducing Supper Club at Chic’s Laundry ✨

A new recurring dining experience built around seasonal menus, curated wine + spirit pairings, and shared experiences at the table.

Hosted on the first Tuesday of each month, Supper Club will bring together our favorite farmers, winemakers, distilleries, chefs, and ingredients through thoughtfully paced multi-course dinners designed to celebrate community, hospitality, and the art of gathering.

Our first dinner, a Virginia Wine Dinner featuring wines from across the Commonwealth paired with a Mid-Atlantic inspired menu, is coming soon.

We start with beautiful VA oysters from Laughing King Oysters, then roast them piping hot in cast iron with creamed greens, parmesan, and crispy breadcrumbs.
