Want to actually spend time with Dad tomorrow instead of being in front of a hot grill? Let us handle the cooking so you can kick back and enjoy the day with him!

Our order deadline is 2:00 PM today to get your Father’s Day catering orders in. We're offering Catering Packages, Proteins by the Pound, Full Racks of St. Louis Style Pork Ribs and our sides in Pints, Quarts and 1/2 Pans.

We strictly cannot accommodate any late orders after 2:00 PM. Why? Because once that clock strikes two, our Pitmaster has to get the meat straight onto the pit for that low-and-slow perfection.

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR TOMORROW:

We will NOT be open for regular walk-in business tomorrow. We will only be at the shop to hand out pre-ordered, pre-scheduled catering pickups. If you don't order by 2:00 PM today, we won't be able to feed your crew tomorrow!
