The Mid-Autumn moon has come and gone 🌕😅 but between keeping our bánh mì ovens busy, we couldn't let the season pass without a batch of homemade bánh trung thu.
Hand-pressed with traditional flower and double-happiness designs, they're made with the same care as every loaf of our house baguette, just like the ones we grew up sharing under the lanterns. 🏮
