Our latest parfait creation is layered with pumpkin swirl chia, chocolate pudding, crushed pecans, gluten-free oats, shredded coconut + cacao nibs, all sweetened with dates.

A sweet morning out in the community 💚

The Green Cat joined today’s event at the Virginia Aquarium supporting retired veterans, serving up PB protein balls and coffee and getting to spend the morning with so many members of our community.

Grateful to have been a small part of it. 🇺🇸💚

Soup season is back at The Green Cat. 🙌 Starting tomorrow, October 1.

That means chili is here every day PLUS an additional rotating soup of the day. We’re kicking off the season with Green Goddess.

We’re also welcoming a couple fall specials to the menu with our Pumpkin Spice Smoothie and Spiced Apple C***r.
