Our Irish Nature ribeye comes from sustainably raised, grass-fed cattle in Ireland and is aged on the bone for four times longer than customary — letting the flavor develop slowly before it ever meets the fire.

Then we give it a proper wood-fired finish: smoky, charred, rich, and ridiculously good.
