A little note from Chef Regis 🤎

I know it’s been quiet here, so I wanted to share a little update with you. Urban Gourmet Experiences is still here—it’s just evolving and showing up in a different way for now.

I’m pausing new client bookings until further notice. I’ll continue serving my current clients as needed, based on availability.

To everyone who has welcomed me into your homes, gathered around a table with me, or supported Urban Gourmet along the way: thank you. Being part of your special moments has meant more to me than you know.

I’m still your Chef Regis, and I’m grateful you’re here for this next chapter. 🤎

September is here, and we’re switching things up a little!

As Urban Gourmet continues to grow, I’ve been thinking about how to make meal prep easier to order, easier to customize, and better for the whole family — while still giving you the flavors and quality you know us for.

So… welcome to our NEW menu style! 🙌🏾

✨ Chef-Curated Meals — Already perfectly paired. Just pick your favorites and let Chef handle the rest.

✨ Build Your Own — Pick your protein, flavor, starch & veggie and make it YOUR way.

✨ Family Meals — Because sometimes you just need dinner handled. 😂

✨ Kid-Friendly Add-Ons — Smaller portions, familiar favorites & the same Urban Gourmet love.

We’re also simplifying our weekly selections so we can focus on fresh ingredients, consistent quality and really good food without making ordering complicated.

It’s a new season in business, so why not a new menu too? 🤷🏾‍♀️😂

I know it’s been a bit, but we’re getting back in the groove! I hope all the kiddos have had a great start back to school—and if you’re still preparing… you got this! 🙌🏾

First things first… GA Meal Prep is BACK August 31st! 🎉
We’re jumping right into our September menu with cozy classics, fresh fall flavors, and some Urban Gourmet favorites. Sorry for the wait 😉

And parents, I didn’t forget about the little ones! 👏🏾
Check out our new Kid-Friendly Add-Ons — select kid-approved meals in smaller portions with the same Urban Gourmet flavor, starting at $10 each.

I’ve been on a little social media purge 🤦🏾‍♀️ — 16 days to be exact 😂 — but I’m rested, refreshed, and ready to get back to work.

August 31st. We’re back. 🍽️💚
