Join us on Friday, June 27th for the 5th Annual Viola Valley Stars & Stripes Fireworks Show! Bring your lawn chairs, gather your family, invite your friends, and enjoy an evening of small-town celebration, music, food, and a spectacular fireworks display.

Welcome to the crew, Ginny & Millie! 🩷🩷

Their first official shift was a huge success. They greeted customers, supervised the kitchen, checked on the pizza quality… just kidding! 😄 They slept through the entire thing and never even knew they were at the pizza shop!

It was such a sweet moment for our family to have these two little girls finally make their way into the place that has been such a big part of our lives for so many years.

Thank you all for loving our family right alongside us. We have a feeling these two might be making a few more appearances around the shop in the years to come. 💗

Built on a simple extra virgin olive oil base, we layer on mozzarella, savory bacon, thinly sliced red onion, sweet local blueberries, and just a touch of blue cheese for the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and savory.

🍑Last week’s Peach Orchard Pizza was such a hit, we just couldn’t say goodbye yet! So for one more weekend, enjoy this summer favorite featuring a garlic olive oil base, mozzarella & provolone, juicy peaches, creamy goat cheese, walnuts, fresh arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction after the bake. Sweet, savory, fresh, and unlike anything else on our menu!

And because you asked for it… the Cheeseburger Pizza is here all month! Loaded with beef, bacon, onion, cheese, dill pickles, and our special burger sauce, it’s everything you love about a backyard cheeseburger on our fresh pizza crust.

Two customer favorites. One delicious decision. (Or skip the decision and bring home both! 😉)

We have an unexpected lunch delivery opening tomorrow at noon, and somebody needs to take advantage of it… because a Thursday is simply better with pizza. 🍕

We're kicking around an idea and we'd love your honest feedback.

Over the years, we've had many people ask if they could buy a Viola's Pizza Company pizza to keep in their freezer for busy nights, unexpected guests, or those evenings when they just don't feel like cooking. We currently offer par-baked pizzas in our shop each week.

But we're exploring the possibility of offering a limited line of frozen pizzas.

Before anyone worries — this would NOT replace coming to the pizza shop. In fact, we hope you'll always choose a fresh-made pizza from us whenever you can! There's simply no substitute for a hot pizza coming straight from our ovens.

What we're considering is making frozen pizzas available through a select group of retailers, such as local grocery stores, markets, or convenience stores. We would be careful about where they're offered and would intentionally limit locations so we don't oversaturate an area.

Our hope would be to introduce Viola's Pizza Company to new customers while giving existing customers another way to enjoy our pizza when they can't make it to town.

Right now, this is simply an idea we're exploring. Nothing has been decided.
