Tootsies Ice Cream and More Welcome to Tootsie's Ice Cream & More!!! We are a family owned and operated business and currently have 2 great locations! We are open year round.

One of the locations is the former (Leon's Malt Shop) in Vinton, Iowa and our 2nd one is the former Union Station in La Porte City, Iowa!!! We offer many different things at our restaurant such as; student happy hour, kid's night, senior discounts, weekday specials, bargain menu, $6 meal deals, gift certificates and many drawings throughout the year for different things! We have a wide variety of ice cream and food options at both locations!!

We do apologize but the La Porte City location is only able to receive phone calls from landline phones at this time! For some reason cell phone calls are NOT working. We do have LPC Connect looking into the issue and hope to have it resolved soon!
