✨ Something new is rising at Mammy’s Tiny Oven✨

I’ve been quietly working on something I’m SO excited to share with y’all, I just couldn’t wait any longer 💛

Introducing a little sneak peek at Light & Lovely: a new collection of high protein, better for you treats that let you enjoy homemade baked goods without sacrificing flavor.

🚧 It’s still very much a work in progress! Every recipe is being tweaked, tested, and taste-tested (sometimes multiple times 😅) to make sure it’s just right before it officially joins the menu.

So far, here’s what’s in the test kitchen:
🍪 Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

🍫 Fudgy Protein Brownies

Today, I am baking with something very special.

This mixing bowl belonged to my great-grandmother, Baby, and later to my grandmother, Mammy—the woman who inspired the name Mammy’s Tiny Oven.

For generations, this bowl has helped create meals, desserts, and memories around family tables. It has seen countless recipes, loving hands, and years of tradition. Now, it’s sitting on my counter, helping me continue the legacy they started.

Every loaf I bake and every recipe I share carries a little bit of their love, wisdom, and dedication to feeding the people they cared about.

Using this bowl isn’t just about mixing ingredients—it’s about honoring the women who came before me and keeping their traditions alive, one bake at a time.
