Hi everyone! Thank you all for your patience this summer and early fall during my temporary closure! I’m VERY SLOWLY dipping back into offering bakes again after relocating to Victoria, TX and having a baby!!

I’m excited to announce that I’ve opened pre-ordering for a LIMITED number of THANKSGIVING PIES for the upcoming holiday! 🍁 Pickups will be on Wednesday 11/26 from 9a-2p.

3 flavors available and each 9” pie will be $35. Payment due at time of order! Orders will be closed 1 week before Thanksgiving or when I hit 15 pies, whichever comes first!

Hi all! Jaybird Bakes will be temporarily closed until further notice. Jaybird Bakes is moving to Victoria, TX and I can’t wait to bring delicious bakes and treats to the Victoria community hopefully this Fall season after my maternity leave. Thank you for supporting my small business!❤️

HARRY POTTER CAKE RAFFLE! 🪄

What better way to honor spooky season than with Harry’s iconic pink birthday cake that Hagrid made for him and proceeded to sit on during transit 😂

The details:

I will be raffling off a replica of Harry’s birthday cake but in a new fall flavor now available…Chocolate Biscoff!

This cake will be a decadent 2-layer, 8-inch round Biscoff-cookie infused chocolate cake, with Biscoff cookie butter filling, pink Biscoff buttercream, and green writing just like in the movie! A fun treat to enjoy during a HP marathon!

$5/spot, 15 spots available for purchase and 5 freebie spots up for grabs! First 5 people to purchase 2 or more spots will get a free spot!

Local Round Rock pickup only. Drawing will be this Thursday at 7p for pickup this Friday 10/4. Delivery to Victoria, TX can also be arranged.
