Victor Emporium has some exciting news to share!

As we approach our first year anniversary as the owners of the Victor Emporium, we'd like to acknowledge what an incredible first year it has been. We are grateful for the continued local support, both here in Teton Valley and nearby cities. We've happily retained the incredible, friendly, and hard working staff, and introduced some new talents to the team. Our first hire, one of the previous owners, Kath, remains an integral part of our team. We feel successful in maintaining the integrity of our 75 year old, eclectic store as the Victor Emporium continues to offer all the great fountain treats, gifts, souvenirs and technical outerwear to our customers alongside a warm welcome and service.

Our summer has been busy meeting many returning tourists, as well as the locals who make their milkshakes a staple after floating, hiking, biking, or simply escaping the heat (or rain). It’s truly been an amazing experience.

Additionally, we have been busy working toward plans in expanding the Emporium. We are thrilled to share that we are now permitted to move forward in extending the current building and adding a restaurant.

The fountain will remain the center of who we are and what we offer. It will be remodeled using all the existing, and recently refurbished 75 year old fountain, with new dipping cabinets. The remodel will help us introduce new offerings and give our staff more preparation room. It will also offer extra seating for customers to enjoy their milkshake or ice cream.

The restaurant will begin serving Neapolitan style pizza, with plans to expand a full menu as we gain our footing. Expect some Australian treats too.

The expansion includes a patio on the side of the building, with a green-space buffer to Depot Way. It will eventually be covered & heated for winter patronage.

We plan to break ground in the Fall, opening the extension in the Spring of 2027, timelines permitting. In the meantime, the Emporium will remain OPEN as always.

We are closing early today in honor of our awesome seniors, graduating from THS! Tonight the store closes 6pm sharp!
