Staff Picks ✨ Alex has been with Kampai for 3 years and when it comes to his favorite roll, he had to think twice. (When you're a sushi chef, this is no small decision).

Ultimately, he landed on the Matriarch Roll. His take? To him, it's a kind of comfort roll — sweet with the eel sauce, a little savory with the shrimp tempura, finished with a little tuna on top and it's suddenly something so much more. Not traditional — but the best of both worlds.

Staff Picks ❤️ Vivi has been with Kampai for 6 years and her order never wavers — Tempura Soba, year round, no matter what. But as the weather starts to cool down (especially on those sick days), she says it's her go-to. Golden veggie & shrimp tempura, earthy soba noodles, and hot broth.
