Buckle up: We're taking your taste buds to Peru!

Join us on Friday, August 7 for the first dinner in our new Special Dinner Series—an intimate, four-course culinary experience exploring flavors from around the world.

Our inaugural menu - Plates From Peru - was created by Chef de Cuisine Olivia Jackson and Peruvian kitchen team members Belen and Franco. The courses celebrate the rich traditions of Peruvian cuisine with dishes including ceviche, seafood soup, braised local tri-tip with yuca, and traditional Mazamorra for dessert.
