Beginning Monday June 29th, Silk’s will be open Wednesday-Thursday 5 to 10 PM and Friday-Saturday 5 to 11 PM. We are shifting our schedule so we can pour more time and intention into what we do best — creating experiences worth showing up for.

Starting in July, we will be hosting two special ticketed events per month, held every other Tuesday. New flavors, curated experiences, and evenings designed to give you even more reasons to come back again and again. We are so excited to share what we have been working on and can’t wait to see you there!

When the Baked Alaska arrives at your table at Silk's Steakhouse, you will know.

Torched table-side, this dessert is as much of an experience as it is a course. Beautifully made, and best enjoyed alongside a smooth pour of bourbon at the end of an evening you won't forget.

Tonight is a great night to experience it for yourself. We are celebrating dads a day early and still have a few reservations available. Bring him in, order the Baked Alaska, and watch his face when it arrives at the table.

There is no wrong answer here, only a very good reason to come in and find your favorite. From the bold and indulgent Ribeye to the elegant Bone-In Filet, there is a cut at Silk's Steakhouse with your name on it.

Speaking of the perfect steak, we may be closed on Father's Day but we still have reservations available this Saturday. Bring Dad in early and give him what he actually wants. A great steak, a smooth bourbon, and a night out worth remembering.

Join us in downtown Versailles this July 4th as we celebrate America's 250th birthday the right way.

Find us on Court Street during the 4th of July parade with pulled pork sandwiches, all beef hot dogs, and cold beverages to keep you going through the festivities. Our friends at will be set up right beside us, so you know the drinks will be worth stopping for. And keep an eye on the parade — you might just spot our shuttle rolling through.

Tomorrow night is Burger Night!

Every Thursday at Silk's Steakhouse in downtown Versailles, Kentucky, we make Thursday the easiest night of the week to go out. Choose the Silk's Cheeseburger or the Thai Catfish Sandwich, served with French fries and your choice of an Old Fashioned or French 75, and call it a night well spent- all for $30.
