We owe our brunch guests an apology.

This past Sunday, the response to brunch was much bigger than we were prepared for. We sold out of pancakes, then French toast, and eventually breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately, by the time our kitchen was able to communicate what had sold out to the bar, additional orders had already been placed.

We are incredibly grateful for the turnout, but we also know that many of you came to Riley Tavern expecting brunch and left disappointed. For that, we are truly sorry.

All orders for meals we were unable to complete have since been refunded. If you believe we missed yours, please reach out to us directly so we can make it right.

We learned a lot from this weekend. Going forward, we’ll be stocking significantly more food, bringing in additional staff, and improving communication between our kitchen and bar so we can better handle the demand.

Thank you to everyone who came out, and especially to those who were patient with our team. We appreciate the support, and we promise to be better prepared next Sunday.
