A lot of you noticed that my trusty Ford Flex has officially retired after years of faithful service. Living down a 3-mile dirt road finally caught up with her, and it was time for an upgrade. 😊

Niki’s Pizza will be CLOSED this Tuesday, June 2nd, while a few of us head to the food show in Fort Lauderdale.

We’re taking a day to check out new products, gather fresh ideas, and see what exciting things we can bring back to the shop. A little team getaway and a little pizza research all rolled into one! 🍕❤️

We’ll be back on Wednesday and ready to get right back to doing what we love.

Still trying to process this one… 🥹

I found out today that Niki’s Pizza was featured in Southern Living magazine as one of the places to visit in Vero Beach. To say I’m honored would be an understatement.

Being included alongside so many amazing restaurants and local businesses in our beautiful little beach town means more to me than I can put into words, especially only a year into this journey.

Vero Beach has welcomed and supported me from day one, and I’m beyond grateful to everyone who has walked through our doors, shared a post, ordered a slice, or believed in me and this dream.
