John and I love avocado toast, London, and Earl Grey, so we decided to bring all of it together into one dish: The London Hog 🐖🥑✨
Toasted artisan sourdough with goat cheese and fresh avocado, topped with our Earl Grey glazed pork belly, a runny egg, micro arugula, and basil and flakey sea salt.
It’s rich, savory, a little unexpected, and easily one of our favorite breakfast specials we’ve made. Available this morning ☀️☀️
