🚨 UPDATE: VSC CLOSED FOR THE REST OF TODAY ⚡🥪

Unfortunately, the power outages are continuing, and we’re not expecting electricity to be restored today. That means we’ll have to keep our doors closed for the rest of the day.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding! ❤️

We’re looking forward to getting back in the kitchen and serving up your favorite sandwiches tomorrow morning, assuming power is restored.

Thank you for always supporting your neighborhood sandwich shop, Ventura! 🧡💙

We’re still gonna need some time to get ready to serve you all so if power comes on soon we’ll open at 12 TODAY.

🥪 WHO SAYS A SANDWICH NEEDS MEAT TO BE AMAZING? 👀🔥

We’re taking you behind the counter at Ventura Sandwich Company to show you exactly how we build our Cold Veggie Sandwich — step by step, fresh ingredient by fresh ingredient. 🥬🥑🍅

Now we need you to settle a debate…

Can a veggie sandwich compete with a loaded pastrami, or is meat ALWAYS king? 👑😂

👇 TEAM VEGGIE 🥑 or TEAM MEAT 🥩? Let the comments decide!

🚨 VENTURA — WE’RE SO CLOSE TO 60,000! 🚨

We’re only a few hundred followers away from hitting 60,000 followers right here on Facebook, and I think we can get there tonight.

So here’s the deal…

If we hit 60K before I go to bed tonight, I’ll unlock a special VSC deal for everyone tomorrow. 🥪🔥

If you’ve been following us for a while, help us get over the finish line:

Follow the page. Share this post. Tag a friend who loves a great sandwich.

That’s it.

It’s honestly pretty wild to think that nearly 60,000 people are following this little sandwich shop in Ventura. We appreciate every single one of you who eats with us, shares our posts, recommends us to friends and continues to support VSC.

Let’s see if Ventura can get us to 60,000 tonight. 👀

And if we make it… keep an eye on this page tomorrow.

The deal gets unlocked at 60K. 🔓🥪

Pastrami on a white roll with lettuce, tomato and onions! 😋😋

09/28/2026

This is what we mean when we say Classic Pastrami. 😮‍💨🥪

Piled high, sliced thick, stacked serious, and served on sourdough for the kind of sandwich that makes you forget every boring lunch you’ve ever had.

No shortcuts. No tiny deli stack. Just a real Ventura Sandwich Co. pastrami sandwich.

Tag someone who thinks they could handle this. 👀
