🎃Jack O’ Lantern- Spicy crab, cream cheese, green onion, and mango wrapped in rice and masago, topped with spicy mayo and eel sauce.

🙀Scaredy Cat Sashimi- 7pc. Yellowtail sashimi, parsley-infused oil, spicy garlic chili sauce, and yuzu juice, topped with micro cilantro and black sea salt. AKA “Lucky Cat” with a twist.

🌃Dark Night Ceviche- Octopus, shrimp, and izumidai marinated in black agua chile sauce with cucumber and red onion garnished with micro cilantro.

🏕️Cabin 13 Appetizer- 2pc. Tuna tostada appetizer with red onion, tomato, cilantro, avocado salsa, and lime juice, garnished with micro cilantro and dried marigold.
