As we bid farewell to 2025, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. This year has been wonderful for Tikka Indian Cuisine and Spice Indian Cuisine, and we even welcomed two new additions to our family – Tikka Indian Cuisine on Fruitville Rd in Sarasota and Ganges in the Meadows. We are humbled by how warmly you’ve embraced each of our restaurants, making 2025 a year we will never forget.
None of these achievements would have been possible without you – our incredible customers. You celebrated with us, encouraged us, and supported us every step of the way. For us, you are more than customers – you are part of our family and our success story. Your trust and love inspire us to reach new heights and continue doing what we love every single day.

Exciting news from the Tikka family!
We’re beyond thrilled to announce the opening of our newest venture — Ganges Restaurant & Bar located in The Meadows (Sarasota) — and the doors officially open tomorrow(Thursday 25th September)!
While Tikka has its own special place in your hearts (and ours!), Ganges offers a completely different menu and experience. Crafted by an exceptionally talented team of chefs, the food at Ganges brings a fresh take on Indian dining — modern, bold, and full of surprises.
To make sure our team settles in smoothly and every guest receives the best experience, we’re starting with a reservation-only dining room for the first couple of weeks.
The bar area will be open for walk-ins starting at 4 PM daily, so feel free to drop in anytime during bar hours.
Reservations are now live at gangessarasota.com. While our original goal was to open with an American-style bar menu, due to current kitchen limitations, we’re beginning with a focused selection of Indian-inspired pizzas and creative small bites. The full experience will unfold over time, and we can’t wait to show you what’s coming next.

Venice is home to so many fantastic restaurants, each bringing something special to the table. We have never seen ourselves as ‘better’ than any other restaurant—rather, we view this recognition as encouragement from our customers to keep doing what we do best: delivering a consistent experience with great food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
