The restaurant’s name is a combination of both partners last names; Luca Cassani and Antonio Pariano, both born and raised in Northern Italy. After years working together in the restaurant business both Luca & Antonio made the decision to venture out on their own and open Cassariano Italian Eatery. Driven by their strong passion for food and a deep love for their profession, these partners prepare authentic contemporary Italian cuisine while cultivating a casual, relaxed atmosphere for their patrons. A memorial service celebrating the life of our beloved Ivan will be held at Epiphany Cathedral in Venice on Thursday, October 8 at 11:00 a.m.

We invite our Cassariano family, friends and all those who loved him to join us as we come together to celebrate his life and honor the beautiful mark he left on all of us. We kindly ask that guests arrive no earlier than 10:40 a.m.

Today, we remember and celebrate the life of someone who meant so much to all of us at Cassariano.

For nearly 20 years, Ivan was an irreplaceable part of the Cassariano family. He was one of those familiar faces everyone looked forward to seeing — someone whose energy, warmth and love for life were truly contagious.

Ivan was more than a member of our team. He became the heart of Cassariano, and his presence is forever embedded in who we are. The memories, laughter and moments we shared with him over the years will stay with us always.

Although we had to say goodbye far too soon, his legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched and the lasting impact he made on our family, our guests and our restaurant.

We will miss him deeply, remember him fondly and honor him always.

Forever loved. Forever remembered. Forever part of the Cassariano family. 🤍
