Sink your teeth into our Steakhouse Wagyu Burger, featuring ½ lb Akaushi wagyu from Davis Family Cattle Company, Beecher’s Flagship cheddar, house pickles, lettuce, tomato, and 1000 dressing on a brioche bun.

Available during Happy Hour, Tuesday–Friday from 4:30–6PM in the lounge only at El Gaucho Vancouver.

The perfect night may begin on the patio up at Witness Tree with a glass of Champagne in hand, fresh Northwest oysters on the table, and the sun setting beside your favorite person.

From there, the evening is yours. Another round, a steak dinner, dessert, or simply staying a little longer to enjoy the view of the Columbia River.
