Title:Thai Specialty Cook
Job Description:
▪ Prepare and cook authentic Thai foods using Thai culinary expertise
▪ Create food presentations and food displays using authentic Thai aesthetic
▪ Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers
▪ Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
▪ Check the quantity and quality of received products
▪ Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays
▪ Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services
▪ Follow standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices
▪ Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
▪ Check stock levels and order supplies
Compensation:$43,000/year
Requirement:At least 2 years of Thai cooking experience
