So cute!🩷❤️💛

...and for our last vintage tablecloth energy boost of the day, here's a cloth right out of the swinging 60's by Leacock that has me singing "Hey, there, Georgie girl..."

One of my all time favorite mcm geometrics, I love the mix of orange, white, yellow, red, and pink, and the way the colors in the concentric squares alternate across the cloth!

These delightful Art Deco porcelain figurines capture the playful glamour, theatrical spirit, and vibrant creativity of the 1920s and 1930s. Each elegantly posed lady is dressed in a whimsical, exaggerated skirt inspired by circus tents, flowers, balloons, or decorative confectionery forms, transforming fashion into sculpture with charm and imagination. Their graceful gestures, bobbed hairstyles, and expressive poses reflect the liberated modern woman of the Jazz Age.

The bold palette of crimson red, sunshine yellow, cobalt blue, ivory, and black creates a lively visual rhythm, while the glossy porcelain surfaces enhance the figures' theatrical appeal. Blending humor with sophistication, these decorative pieces celebrate the Art Deco fascination with performance, entertainment, and modern elegance. Every figure possesses a distinct personality, yet together they form a harmonious ensemble of movement, color, and style.

More than decorative ornaments, these charming creations embody the optimism and exuberance of an era that embraced beauty, innovation, and fantasy. Their timeless appeal continues to delight collectors, offering a joyful glimpse into the playful side of Art Deco design.

🤍 A Few Beautiful Old Things

There is something comforting about the pieces that stay.

The old bowl that has seen countless family meals.
The worn cabinet that still stands strong after all these years.
The faded shutters, the chipped paint, the treasures gathered one by one.

None of them are perfect.

Perhaps that’s what makes them beautiful.

They remind us that a life well lived leaves its mark, and that some of the most cherished things are the ones that have been loved the longest.
